I had such a great experience at this coffee shop it’s easily one of the best I’ve been to. The coffee is absolutely top-notch, rich, smooth, and full of flavor without being overpowering. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency in every cup. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. They took the time to chat, make recommendations, and made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and inviting. Between the amazing coffee and the outstanding customer service, this place has quickly become a go-to spot for me. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and an even better overall experience.

First off I’d like to stay that the staff was incredibly friendly and personable with every customer. They were kind and efficient. My husband got the butterfly pea flower tea which was cold and refreshing! I got the recommended iced coffee which is also an amazing cup of Jo! I think it speaks volumes that in a busy environment like the Allentown Fairgrounds Market, they created an atmosphere where I did not feel crowded or rushed! I would be happy to stand and wait for my coffee from Heffelfingers any day! Thank you guys!

Three stars because they genuinely have some of the most delicious coffee i’ve ever had. But they run this place like a TSA Checkpoint at the airport! So inconvenient and complicated for casual shoppers. I went a few days ago and over half of the store was like roped off for some reason and customers had to shuffle into a really small little line and you had to physically leave the store as soon as you got your coffee because there wasn’t even room to stand if you weren’t in the line or paying. My drink cost over 8 dollars and I always forget that this place has a really high card minimum of ten dollars so I had to add more onto it. I wanted a cooler drink and I asked the barista how I could get to the cooler because it was across the store in the roped off area and wasn’t facing customers so you couldn’t see what was inside of it and she said “You can’t go to the cooler. But read the paper cooler menu and tell me what you want and i’ll get it for you.” The menu was written in Fairy font and all the drinks had vague titles. Not to mention to read the cooler menu I had to go back and stand in the middle of the customer line and customers had to move out of my way to let me. Half th

This is a small coffee shop tucked inside a farmers market alongside other little stores. We originally came for breakfast, but the smell of fresh coffee pulled us in, and my wife couldn’t resist trying it (I don’t drink coffee myself). The customer service was excellent probably the best we’ve had in a long time. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, guiding my wife through different options since she wanted to try something new. She enjoyed her iced coffee and said it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was good enough to finish the whole cup. The only downside was the price about $8 for an iced coffee, which is actually more than Starbucks, who has excellent coffee.
